CURRICULAMathsters of Problem Solving was a three-week unit that I wrote for 3rd grade. These are the lessons I used, as well as my pre- and post-assessment and any resources (like bulletin board materials). I have also included the chant that I wrote for the RUMOR, the process we used to help us work through the problems. I was using Problem Solver books that the school already had, so do not have copies of those. However, any mathematical problems that require higher-level thinking can be used for this unit, as the focus was learning about different strategies we can use to think about and solve the problems.
