On this page you will find resources related to science instruction and curricula. I have organized this page where resources are placed into popular categories on the left-hand side. I have also included different websites that I have found to have an array of materials related to many different science topics. Many different districts teach similar topics in science instruction, so I thought this would be the most useful way to organize the page. Most of the resources can be used across grade levels, as long as the materials are modified or adapted, which is why they are not organized into grade level groups.

The Water Cycle
These downloads are to one of the first lessons I ever wrote, before I was in a classroom. This lesson can be used as an introduction to the water cycle.
The USGS and Food and Agriculture Organization of the U.N. created this poster of the water cycle for schools. Click on the water cycle image to open it as a larger image that can be saved. You can also click on the USGS image above to be sent directly to the site that this image came from. The site has an interactive version of this same poster that is very useful!
