Academic Subject Areas
Clicking on a particular picture will take you to that content subpage. On each of these subpages you will see resources that (mostly) pertain to that specific content area. Some resources are too general to place into one content area, so those are listed in the following section.
NOTE: Some of these pages are currently being developed. Although these links will take you to the page, it is not yet complete (by complete, I mean: I have not yet organized and uploaded any of my materials for that area). The pages that are not competed are: Writing and Art/Music/PE. However, each of these pages does have standards for that content area. Hopefully these pages will be more complete soon!

Overlapping Resources:
Covering multiple subjects
Cha$in' Change
Cha$in' Change is a "flipped classroom" project-based learning unit that I created. It incorporates social science, math, reading, and writing. It could be used in a 5th grade classroom for discovering the importance of money management. I utilized Camtasia to help create this video.
Lesson Plans
There are several websites that provide lesson plans that can be adapted for use in any classroom, and several of these websites have lessons for more than just one subject area. The following are some of my favorites. Not all of them lead to a lessons search page because there is useful information and ideas throughout the site.
Interactive Games
Interactive games can be good for supplemental support in different content areas. Here are some websites that have interactive, online games for multiple subject areas.

Interactive Quest Databases
Webquest and QuestGarden are online, searchable databases of quests and interactive resources in all subject areas. Students can navigate the web to find information on the desired topic through the links and activities within each quest site. Educational Videos
Some video resources are better than others, depending on what you're looking for. YouTube has just about anything, but also has the potential of exposing kids to inappropriate ads. TeacherTube and SchoolTube have a lot of great videos, but you can't always find what you need. To use Learn360, you need a subscription. Here are a list of several different video resources I use to try and find what I am looking for.
Interact Simulations
Within the Interact website are several different simulations for various content areas. These simulations usually last at least a few weeks, and are very engaging for students. I have seen the Oregon Trail simulation and the Math Quest simulation in action, and they are highly effective. I would really like to try some of the other simulations out in the future.
Books by Subject Area
I really enjoy using books to explore a variety of subjects outside of reading. Not only does it support reading, but it also is another way to differentiate instruction in other subjects. There are so many sites that have different kinds of booklists for various topics. One of my favorites is this site: The Best Children's Books. I like this site because you can search books by age or by content area. There are hundreds of books within different categories that can be used to help supplement instruction in all content areas.
